1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government affiliation. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve them for users, conduct authorized checks, or file government forms.

Its role is to identify official custodians, including the Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office and courts, the Arizona Department of Public Safety Central State Repository, and Arizona DPS OffenderWatch, while also providing access to outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

By using the site, you agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of federal, Arizona, or local law
• Stalk, threaten, or harass anyone with information found here
• Use site content for hiring, housing, credit, or insurance decisions
• Attempt unauthorized entry into any system or account
• Deploy scrapers, bots, or other automated collection tools
• Interfere with site performance or another visitor's access

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

No one may use information obtained here or through a linked tool to threaten, stalk, harass, intimidate, or unlawfully discriminate against another person. Such acts may also violate criminal law. Arizona DPS OffenderWatch data serves community safety and awareness. A.R.S. § 13-3827 governs the public registry and does not authorize retaliation, vigilantism, or unlawful discrimination against a registrant or household.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not prepare consumer reports, credit reports, or background checks. Our advertising partners and this site do not supply a service intended to assess applicants, renters, insurance risk, or credit. Information here or in a linked tool may not be used to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

A legally permissible check for a regulated purpose must come from the proper official channel or a provider that complies with the FCRA. Arizona DPS does not offer private citizens a general public name-based repository search.

5. No Legal Advice

Site content is general information, not legal advice. Only a licensed Arizona attorney can advise how a charge, conviction, warrant, set-aside rule, or sealing law applies to a specific situation.

6. No Warranties

All content and functions are supplied "as is." We make no promise that:

• The information here is accurate, complete, or current at any given time
• The site will stay up and running without interruptions
• Our pages are free of errors, bugs, or security holes
• Results from our partner search tools will be thorough or accurate

Criminal records can change when charges are filed or dismissed, cases are sealed, or judgments are set aside. Updates may lag, and gaps can occur. Nothing here is an official statement from a court, the Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office, Arizona DPS, or another government body.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Links may lead to sheriff and court pages, Arizona agencies, legal resources, or outside search services. We do not control those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, prices, or availability. Review the destination's terms before using it.

8. Intellectual Property

Santa Cruz County Criminal History or its content partners own the site's text, graphics, logos, and code. Written permission is required before copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative material.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damages arising from site use, reliance on its content, or information obtained through an outside service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, demands, or legal proceedings caused by your site use or a breach of these terms, including related costs and legal fees.

11. Governing Law

Arizona law governs these terms. Any proceeding tied to use of the site must be brought in a court located in Arizona. The Arizona Consumer Fraud Act, A.R.S. § 44-1522, and other applicable state law remain controlling where they apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. A revision takes effect when the updated text is posted here.

13. Cutting Off Access

Access may be restricted or ended at any time, for any reason, without advance notice.

14. Severability

If one provision is held invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions continue in force. The affected language will be adjusted only to the extent needed for enforcement.
