Why We Built This Site
Arizona does not place every criminal record in one public database. Court indexes and case documents come through the Arizona Judicial Branch and the Santa Cruz County Clerk of the Superior Court. Local arrest and report records begin with the Sheriff's Office or Nogales Police, while a person reviewing their own statewide criminal history uses the Arizona Department of Public Safety. ADCRR maintains state prison custody information, and Arizona DPS OffenderWatch publishes qualifying registry profiles. We assembled the verified request paths, public portals, office contacts, and stated fees so readers can start with the right custodian.

Only the office that maintains a record, such as the court, sheriff, police department, or Arizona DPS, can issue an official or certified copy.
